Advancing Innovation, Educators & Knowledge
Creating equity in education through building educators’ capacity to implement student-centered learning.
iLC Empowers Educators to Succeed
Developed by and for educators, our suite of services builds expertise in flexible learning and supports teachers as they integrate digital learning into their classrooms. Targeted, customized, and tailored to your needs, we offer solutions in both online and in-person formats.
We provide Consulting Services to ensure that the instruction provided at a given school or district are aligned with both its learning model and its readiness for student-centered learning. Through our work, we facilitate the adoption and evolution of cutting edge technology that supports pedagogical best practice, bridging the ed tech and instructional pillars.
The core of our work is to help educators reach their full potential by providing Professional Development courses on technology-enabled, student-centered learning. Our courses are built for educators by educator innovators and leaders. They are immediately applicable in the classroom, designed for optimum participation, and available for college credit and micro-credentials.
We support the Open Education Resources movement in order to reduce the most common barrier to effectively integrating technology with strong instruction: quality content and resources. We train educators in the creation of materials that they can use with their students to curate their own content and utilize quality digital resources.
From our Teachers and Staff:
“The time I have invested in the two courses was so valuable and applicable to my math instruction and overall teaching strategies. More importantly, the help and guidance that you have provided have been outstanding! Their flexibility and support within such an organized professional development opportunity are more than a person could ask for.”Jim Unruh, TeacherRidgway School District R-2
“This course was very informative. Our facilitator gave very insightful feedback and was very encouraging, and the assessments (i.e Lesson Plan) were hands-on, attainable, and something that I implemented in my classroom afterward.”Dana Kalipolites, TeacherCañon City School District R-1
“I learned so much about blended learning and look forward to implementing it in my classroom. The resources were very relevant and extremely helpful, and my facilitator always provided constructive feedback which proved helpful throughout the course.”Marcy Epperson, TeacherCañon City School District R-1
“Teachers appreciated the self-paced courses and both the support and flexibility received from their instructors, to meet the needs of each teacher participant. They learned how to continue on with best instructional practices whether remote or in a hybrid setting, and were able to engage students using the strategies and tools presented in their courses.”Marcia Hester, Director of InstructionWeld County SD Re-8
“The team is responsive to current needs and is able to anticipate future needs; they are communicative; they are knowledgeable; and they have helped fill the gaps that we have had, particularly as we learned how to transition to remote learning.”Robine Dove, Principal and SuperintendentDe Beque Schools
